Effective Date: January 1, 2025, At Can You Relate, LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our garments and personalized products. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Can You Relate, LLC.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:  Customized or personalized products.  Sale or clearance items.  Gift cards

3. Return Process: 

To initiate a return, contact us at canyourelate912@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defect).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. If the item is found to be ineligible for a refund (e.g., damaged, used, or outside the return window), we will notify you via email.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for non-customized items if the requested size or item is available. To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Standard processing time is 5–7 business days before shipment. Personalized/custom orders may take 7–10 business days to process. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended.

Damages & Lost Packages

Can You Relate, LLC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) for the claim process.

International Shipping

At this time, Can You Relate, LLC ships within the United States only.
